  • How can I order uniforms?

    You can get in touch with us via our online form in the Contact Us section or call us on +973-39090-555 , 39333-320 9am to 7pm, Saturday – Thursday and one of our professional customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

  • Is there a minimum order requirement?

    All Stars Uniform Center aims to meet customers’ needs and requirements, although we have a minimum order quantity of 100 Pcs per style but less then this can be managed at little up-charge.

  • Can I get samples before ordering?

    Each purchase has to be concluded with customer satisfaction in mind. This is the basic principle on which we operate. In order to achieve this, we gladly offer potential customers samples of the uniform they would like to purchase. Of course, in order to cover our operating costs the sample will be subject to a small fee, which is reversed upon confirmation of the order.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We offer a number of flexible payment methods to customers, depending on their needs.

  • Can my order be delivered the next day?

    Yes, order online by 2pm and All Stars Uniform Center will ensure your goods arrive the next working day for just our standard postage fee. And remember that delivery is free on all orders over BHD 100 (excluding services such as personalisation and VAT).

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, if for any reason you’re not totally satisfies with your order, simply send it back to use for a full refund. All we ask is that you return it within 30 days, paperwork included and, in the same condition as when it arrived. You’ll find a returns note and address with the dispatch note accompanying goods. You only pay the carriage costs but we recommend that you get proof of postage.

  • If i need any design of my choice and color?

    Yes, it can be done but there be at list 10 Piece order in single design.

  • If i need delivery on urgent basis as your timelines are 3-4 Day?

  • Are the fabrics of good quality?

    At All Stars Uniform Center, we make sure to use high-quality material to produce the end product. All our fabrics are lab certified for several criteria, including safety and color permanence.

  • What are the Delivery Charges?

    We provide free delivery within Bahrain; Extra charges will apply for deliveries near Saudi Border Areas. Outside Shipments can be managed if required on actual expenditures. All Duties and taxes will be borne by Customer himself.

  • Is there any product guarantee?

    All standard guarantees is covered for Manufactured items in regards to properly following the care instruction.
